How do I submit an order?
The first step is to choose the product you want to purchase. You can choose each product by clicking the “Add to Cart” batten. This action will transfer you to our SSL secured server where you will begin your order process. Your order will be submitted for approval and processing right after you will provide us your shipping and billing information required.
What happens once I place my order?
After you finish provide us all the required information, our team will review your order and approve or decline it. If our team will approved your order, the order will sent to processing to our logistics team, who will filled and shipped your order to you via USPS or other courier services( if the shipping address is in Europe).
How can your prices be so low?
We try to reduce cost where possible, without come at the expense of the quality of the product: Low margins, small staff, batch shipping, more returning customers, no physical distribution center and more. Because our business was transfer to the web, our maintenance costs decreased by half (rent fees, employees, equipment) and allow us to offer to our customers profitable prices.
What are generic medications?
Generic medication is similar to brand name medication in active ingredient, dosage, safety, strength, how it is taken, quality, performance and intended use. It is a copy of the brand name medication.
Are generic medications as safe as brand-name medications?
Definitely. The generic medication contains the same active ingredient with the same amount as the brand name medication. The generic medication will work the same way in your body and has the same risks and benefits.
Do generic medications take longer to work in the body?
Absolutely not. Generic medications work in the same way as brand-name medications so it will take the same time for the medication to work.
Why are generic medications less expensive?
Developing a new medication is an operation that costs a lot of money and investment in variety of recourses. New medications are developed under patent protection, which protects all the costs the company spent on the development by giving the company sole right to sell the medication while it is in effect. After the expiration date of the sole right to sell the medication, other manufactures can sell generic version (after the FDA approve it). The entrance of other version of the medication to the market, along with the absence of development costs to the other manufacture; create a greater competition, makes the price goes down. Today, almost half of all prescriptions are filled with generic medications.
Are brand-name medications made in more modern facilities than generic medications?
No. generic manufactures have the same facilities as the brand name manufactures. In fact, a lot of the brand name manufactures frequently make replicas of their own products or other brand-name medications and sell them without their brand name as a generic version.
If brand-name medications and generic medications have the same active ingredients, why do they look different?

What is your legal status?

Do you ship everyday?
We ship during the weekdays (Monday to Friday). If you place your order after 2:00 pm EST on a Friday, the order will be saved at the logistics department and processed the following Monday.
What is your refund policy?
We cannot receive medication back after they were sent, due to federal and local laws. If your order did not arrived or was lost during the dispatch process- please contact us and we will issue you a refund or send you another package intend the one who got lost.
What is your order process?
Our order process composed of three main steps, listed below:
Payment Processing:
Our credit card department is reviewing your order, making sure each detail is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method you chose. Once your payment method is approved, your order continues to our warehouse for fulfillment.
Credit card processing can take up to three business days (Monday to Friday). If the payment method is denied, we will contact you for alternative method.
In case of wire transfer: we will not send the order to the fulfillment step until the whole amount is received.
Order Fulfillment:
This step is depending if the items in your order are in stock or not. If everything is in stock- we will pack and send you your order as soon as possible. If the items are out in stock- we will send your package only when we will receive and process the new inventory. If only part of your order is in stock, we will send two packages: the first package will contain the items that were in stock (and will be send as soon as possible) and the second package will contain the “out of stock” items and will be sent to you when those item’s inventory will be renewed.
Shipping:
The delivery process depends on the payment authorization, the process of the order and the transit time from the carrier. After we finish authorized your payment method and complete the order processing, you will receive an email that your order has been shipped to you. This email indicates that the shipping time has begun. Via standard shipping, it will take 7-21 business days for the delivery to arrive, once the notification email has been sent. If your order includes only generic products, you can choose the express shipping option. Express shipping is available in the majority of locations around the world. If you will choose this option- you will receive your order (generic medication only) in 3-14 business days, once the notification email has been sent. There is no express shipping available for brand medication. It will take about 7-14 business days for your brand medication order will be received, once the notification email has been sent.
Please note:
- We don’t do deliveries on Saturday and Sunday.
- As a courtesy for our customers, it is part of our policy to ship out a replacement order at our cost if the original one is held up in customs. However, we have no responsibility or liability for what packages Customs decides to do with your package and the express shipping will not be refund, without any exceptions.
Cancellation policy
You can cancel your order only before it is shipped (before you will get the email: “Your order has been sent”) by sending a cancellation request by e-mail to:

How does express shipping work?
Right now, express shipping is available for generic products only. If you will choose the express shipping option, you will receive your package within 3 to 14 business days, once the notification email has been sent. If your order contains number of products, we will try to send all the products together via express shipping. If we can do so, we will divide your order in to two packages: one will be sent via express shipping and the other package will be sent via standard shipping. If express shipping is not available in your country, we will inform you by email.
What payment options can I use?
There are number of payment option you can use but not all of them are available to all products. The variables determined which methods you can use are:

- The products you want to buy
